Light rain with thunderstorm likely over hilly areas

KATHMANDU, April 29: At present, the country is influenced by western winds as well as local winds. According to the Meteorological Forecast Division (MFD), the weather will be partly cloudy to generally clear in the hilly areas of the country on Saturday.

There is a chance of light rain with thunder and lightning at few places in hilly areas of the country.

Similarly, tonight, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in the hilly areas of Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces, according to MFD.
