KATHMANDU, June 3: Lawmaker of main opposition Nepali Congress Dr Minendra Rijal has demanded a correction in the recently brought budget for the fiscal year of 2019/20 claiming some flaws in it. He putting his view in today's meeting of the House of Representatives drew the attention of the government through Speaker to 'flaws' in Clause 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'E' and annex 2 of the budget. Likewise, lawmaker Raj Kishor Yadav accused the government of breaching the constitution. He also claimed that a vacancy announced by the Public Service Commission some days ago has violated Article 36 (2) of the constitution.
