KATHMANDU, Sept 12: It is revealed that Subas Nembang, Chairman of the Constituent Assembly and Vice Chairman of CPN-UML, was found unconscious in the bathroom of his Baluwatar residence. Regrettably, by the time family members found him and rushed him to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TU Teaching Hospital), he had already passed away.

The distressing incident unfolded around 1:15 AM when family members located Nembang lying in the bathroom. Subsequently, at 1:50 AM, he was transported from his Baluwatar residence to TU Teaching Hospital Maharajgunj, as indicated in the hospital's records.

Upon arrival at the hospital, medical professionals diligently assessed his pulse, heartbeat, and breathing. Unfortunately, they found no signs of life and had to declare him deceased.

UML party leaders have announced that Nembang's body will be held at the party's Chyasal headquarters throughout the day on Tuesday. His final rites will be conducted following Mundhum cultural traditions on Wednesday, contingent upon the arrival of his sons from the United Kingdom and Australia.

Nembang's eldest son, Mingso Nembang, is scheduled to arrive in Nepal from the UK tomorrow at 4 PM in the afternoon. He resides in the UK with his family. His younger son, Suhang Nembang, who departed for Australia 15 days ago, is expected to return tonight at 11 o'clock, according to Krishna Kafle, Nembang's personal secretary.
