KATHMANDU, Sept 25: The Narayangadh–Muglin road will remain closed to traffic after landslides struck several locations along the route, the Chitwan District Administration Office said on Friday morning.

Rain has continued in Chitwan and surrounding areas since Thursday, triggering repeated landslides. Crews are working to clear the debris, but the road remains unsafe, the office said.
In a notice issued at 7:15 am, Assistant Chief District Officer Ishwari Prasad Sharma said traffic would remain suspended until further notice.
