CHITWAN, June 5: A landslide at Charkilo section of the Narayangadh – Muglin road in Chitwan has partially blocked the route with single lane being used for vehicular movement.
The landslide was triggered by heavy rainfall at 4:55 am. Chitwan's Traffic Police Chief, Inspector Santosh Pant, said excavators have been used to remove the landslide debris.
A landslide at Ichhakamana rural municipality – 6, two days ago had blocked the route for at least three hours. Landslides are a frequent occurrence along the under construction route.(RSS)
