KATHMANDU, Oct 23: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) removed flower garlands decorated for Tihar in the New Road area on Sunday morning.


The metropolitan police team removed the flower garlands that have been decorated by shopkeepers in a way that obstructs the footpath.
