KATHMANDU, Feb 20: CPN (Unified Socialist) leader Jhalanath Khanal has expressed concern over the decision of the senior leaders of the ruling alliance to table the US-funded Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact agreement at the parliament meeting scheduled for 1PM today.
