Karnali highway road blocked due to landslides

JUMLA, July 28: The Karnali Highway has remained disrupted due to the landslide triggered by incessant rains since Sunday morning.

According to Chief District Officer Chandra Bahadur Karki, it will take some time to resume the vehicular movement along the 40-meter section of the highway.

Chief District Office Karki accompanied by a team of engineers are on their way to resume the highway by clearing the debris.

A large number of public vehicles have been stranded on the highway due to the blockage following landslides.
