KATHMANDU, A group of youths gathered at Maitighar in Kathmandu to exert pressure on the government to provide justice to the family of Bhagarathi Bhatta on Thursday.
The youths lit candles to pray for the peace of the departed soul of Bhagarathi , a 12th grader student from Baitadi district in Sudur Pashchim Province. Bhatta was allegedly raped before her murder a few days ago.
