BIRATNAGAR, Oct 31: Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Sashi Shrestha has stressed the need for restructuring the judiciary. Speaking with media persons at Biratnagar on Sunday, Shrestha said that there is a need to restructure the organs of the state including the judiciary.
Stating that organs of the state including politics, judiciary, administration, police, and the army are in need of reconstruction, Shrestha said that problems will continue to occur inside the country unless the organs are remodeled. “The vestiges of feudalism will not have any role to play if the organs of the state are reconstructed,” Shrestha added.
