CHITWAN, July 1: Journalist and doctors in Chitwan district on Wednesday played a friendly football. The match was organized on the occasion of International Sports Journalism Day which falls on Thursday and memory of late sports journalist Suman Bhomjan who died on April 25 earthquakes in Kathmandu.

The match organized by Nepal Sports Journalist Forum (NSJF) Chitwan Coordination Committee ended in 3-3 draw. Ramesh Rana Magar, Shyam BK, and Sundar Khadka scored one each for Journalist Team.
Sunil Munakarmi scored a brace for Doctor Team and Rabin Paudel added another. NSJF is also organizing swimming competition on Thursday.
