Likewise, the Jhapat award was also given away to poet and critic Prof Dr Mohan Himanshu Thapa while Saindhwaj Nandakumari Fellowship was awarded to Prof Dr Devi Prasad Subedi for his doctoral research entitled "Bala Krishna Sama´s Comedies".
National poet Madhav Prasad Ghimire gave away the awards and certificates to the feted literary personalities.
Jhapat award carries a purse of Rs 25, 001 while Sainadwaj Nandakumari Fellowship Award bags a sum of Rs 10,001.
