KATHMANDU, Oct 20: Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to forge a clear view on the impeachment motion at the parliament against suspended Chief Commissioner at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Lokman Singh Karki.

Speaking at the meeting, NC youth leader Gagan Thapa said that the impeachment motion is an opportunity.
“It is a good opportunity and shouldn’t be squandered at any cost,” said a leader quoting Thapa.
Likewise, leaders Bishow Prakash Sharma and Dilendra Prasad Badu demanded that the party unveils an official view on the impeachment motion.
“NC will unveil its official view on the impeachment motion after holding discussions within the party,” said spokesperson Badu at the press conference organized after the meeting.
The meeting was postponed till 11 am tomorrow after eight leaders aired their views.
