The Embassy of India in Kathmandu is all set to organize International Entrepreneurship Conclave – Connect-IN in the capital on March 24, in association with Clock b Business Innovations.
According to the press statement released by Embassy of India in Kathmandu, the event will serve as an ideal platform for connecting the young entrepreneurial minds of India and Nepal, and will be the first of its kind platform created for the entrepreneurs of both countries to come together and exchange innovative ideas. “It will extend the already strong ties between the peoples of both countries into the areas of entrepreneurial business and knowledge partnerships. It would offer opportunity for investors from both countries to invest in promising business ideas at an early stage.”

It added that the conclave, that includes key note addresses by Indian and Nepali start-up heroes, peer-to-peer idea exchange between Indian and Nepali entrepreneurs and an investment pitch to be made by shortlisted entrepreneurs to a panel of potential investors, holds the potential of building the ideal links between the dynamic Start-Up ecosystems of India and Nepal. These series of events would be revolve around the theme: learn from the Indian and Nepali business heroes, connect with the peers from India and Nepal and pitch the best ideas to potential investors.
There will also be a series of auditions held at various venues in Kathmandu to identify great business ideas which would be provided opportunity to make their investment pitches to potential investors during the finale, the statement added.
