Interim order denied in Hitendra Dev Shakya’s writ petition

A single bench of Justice Nripdhwoj Niraula dismissed the interim order but issued a directive to summon the parties for further hearing.

KATHMANDU, Nov 4: The Supreme Court (SC) has rejected the interim order in the case filed by Hitendra Dev Shakya, who had approached the court seeking reinstatement after being removed from his position as Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority, claiming his removal was illegal.
