According to the latest calculations from CIES Football Observatory, England captain and 30 goal Tottenham striker Harry Kane is the player with the highest transfer value heading into the FIFA World Cup in Russia. The CIES algorithm currently has Brazil and PSG star Neymar (who was bought last year for €222m) in second place at €195.7m. Another PSG player rounds off the top three with 19-year-old Frenchman Kylian Mbappé at €186.5m.
