KATHMANDU, Dec 10: The ruling party Nepali Congress (NC)'s 14th national convention has kicked off in Kathmandu today.

Prime Minister and NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to inaugurate the national convention at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.
