KATHMANDU, July 21: With the monsoon wind getting active, most parts of the country have been witnessing heavy rainfall for the last few days.
Rivers, streams and rivulets have crossed their danger marks, posing threat to the river banks.

The Hanumante River in Bhaktapur has also swollen beyond its danger level and overflowed in the settlements along its banks. Dozens of houses were inundated as flood entered into human settlement.
