If you can’t lead, give up government; do not leave people orphaned: Shram Sanskriti lawmaker Rai

KATHMANDU, July 30: Shram Sanskriti Party lawmaker Aaren Rai has accused Prime Minister Balendra Shah of not appearing serious about addressing the Sunsari incident.



Speaking at Thursday’s meeting of the House of Representatives, Rai said the government’s approach of leaving the country and its citizens "orphaned" was unacceptable.

"If the prime minister of the current government cannot run the country, he can give up. Someone else will lead the country. The government should either step down or give up," he said.
