The statement, signed by Joint Secretary and Spokesperson Rishi Ram Tiwari, stressed, "Activities prohibited and punishable by law will face legal consequences, irrespective of their platform. We urge all individuals to refrain from such behavior."

The ministry reminded the public that spreading hate, inciting violence, or engaging in actions that harm inter-caste, inter-religious, or community relations—or violate public morality—are punishable under the law.
