Hello Sarkar continues during Dashain as well

KATHMANDU, Oct 13: The ´Hello Sarkar´ telephone service initiated by the government two years ago to receive complaints from the general public and address them immediately continues during Dashain festival as well.



Despite in the midst of the festival, the people at large are still registering their complaints by dialing 1111 of Hello Sarkar.[break]



Hello Sarkar received 17 complaints on Saturday which happened to be Mahasatami of Badha Dashain festival while six complaints had been registered today as of 2:00 pm, according to the Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers Krishna Hari Banskota.



Majority of the complaints were centered on the dilapidated condition of rural roads, irregularities in public appointments and deprivation of drinking water services, he said.
