KATHMANDU, Dec 17: The hearing of the two proposed justices of the Supreme Court (SC) will be held today.
The hearing of two proposed justices is going to be held at the meeting of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee under the Federal Parliament today.
Acting General Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat, Padma Prasad Pandey, said that there is an agenda to conduct a hearing on the proposed justices of the SC Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Tek Prasad Dhungana in the meeting to be held at 11AM.
They will be appointed if the names are approved by the Parliamentary Hearing Committee. Hearing of Justices Saranga Subedi and Abdul Aziz Muslim has already been conducted.
The Parliament Secretariat has said that 10 complaints have been filed against the proposed six justices.
