Creating a lot of buzz, the show – which is a Bhushan Dahal production – is about a girl named Seema, played by Richa Sharma, who, with her sheer passion for football, pursues with a missionary zeal to follow her dream as a coach to a local team.[break]
It also tells the story of the players from different backgrounds with one common goal.
The message it tries to deliver is to believe in oneself and also believing in the team spirit, devoid of I-Me-Mine individualistic and egoist tendencies.
The toupe, with the intention of spreading the objectives of Hamro Team, has also been traveling to different parts of the country.
“We recently finished our tour to the eastern Nepal which included places like Hetauda, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Ilam, and Birgunj, among others,” said Richa.
She added that the main intention of the tour was to promote Hamro Team and its objectives.
“We had face-to-face interactions with the people there and currently we’re also visiting various colleges in and around Kathmandu with the same intention,” she added.
Further, the team is heading to the western parts of the country soon.
“The responses we’ve been getting are outstanding, and people really love it. What we’ve expected is coming true,” Richa added.
The organizers have also come up with a weekly online contest to include the audience in the very spirit of the program.
“We wanted to involve our audience in the show and also excite the fans. This is why we came out with this idea of the contest,” informed Yubakar Rajkarnikar, producer of Hamro Team.
The Hamro Team Online Contest is presented by Fireflies Media Solutions in which questions related to the event and happening from the previous episode of the show are asked. Every week during every episode, there will be two questions asked.

There will be five winners chosen every week through lucky draws, and they will be getting Hamro Team t-shirts and other prizes as well.
