H&B Bank holds 7th AGM

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): H&B Development Bank held its 7th annual general meeting (AGM) on Friday. According to a press statement received on Monday, the bank publicized its profit and loss statistics at the AGM. The AGM also decided to issue 5:3 right shares to the bank´s shareholders.
