Gurkha Cup matches postponed

KATHMANDU, May 31: All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has postponed the Gurkha Cup matches scheduled for Friday as the Dasharath Stadium ground turned muddy due to incessant rainfall. Issuing a press statement on Friday, ANFA stated that the matches were postponed due to technical reason.



Samsung Jawalakhel Youth Club was to take on Boys Union Club and Yeti Himalayan Sherpa was to play against NIBL Friends Club on Friday. Both the matches are scheduled for Saturday. Meanwhile, ANFA has postponed the remaining fixtures of the tournament by a day.
