KATHMANDU, Sept 29: Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Gokarna Bista has said that this government was always in favor of working-class people. 

Inaugurating the ninth annual general assembly of Nepal Electrician Association, Minister Bista said that the workers in the field of electric service tend to bear high risk and the government would pay attention towards their security and health issues. 

Minister Bista added that the government would implement the services, facilities and wages to be given to the electricians if the decisions were not implemented.”The government would ensure the rights of the working-class people and would ensure the security of the electricians,” he added. 

On the occasion, Minister Bista also laid emphasis on producing skilled human resources as the demand for the technicians in this field was on the rise thanks to rapid urbanization. 

Arguing that contribution of the skilled human resources was needed to transform the country into a developed one from the existing poverty, crisis and unemployed, Bista said that we have to transform our nation on our own hard works and dedication. 

Since we have to work massively for the infrastructure development for timely development of the country, Minister Bista assured that the employment opportunities would be created at home after the infrastructure development. RSS
