Spokesperson of the government, Madhav Prasad Poudel, expressed the belief that all problems would be resolved through talks and discussions and once again called the CPN-Maoist and its alliance for talks. Likewise, the government decided to provide free visa for 16 foreign specialist doctors at the Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS) and their families, giving permission to Chief of Army Staff, Gaurav Shamsher Rana, for visit to United Kingdom from September 6-11 at the invention of Army Chief of UK, promoting Technical Colonel of Nepal Army, Sharad Lal Shrestha, and forming a committee to make decision for substitute of land, occupied in the expansion of the Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve.
Spokesperson Poudel, also the Minister for Information and Communications, said that the meeting also decided to make foreign employment systematic and sending two directives regarding foreign employment license to the concerned committee and to send a team under the leadership of Secretary at the Ministry of Local Development, Shanta Bahadur Shrestha, to the United States of America to take part in a seminar on energy to be generated from garbage, going to be held from July 25.
Likewise, the government decided to approve the draft of order of formation of the National Trauma Centre Development Committee and to provide Rs. 100,000 to each family of four persons including Milan Damai, who died at Kadamandu in Doti district.
