POKHARA, Dec 8: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Jeevan Bahadur Shahi has said that the government was in a crisis due to constitution amendment bill registered in the parliament.
Speaking in a party cadres' meet organized by the Nepali Congress Kaski chapter today, Minister Shahi who is also the leader of the party, said that the no party either governing or protesting were happy with the bill therefore it was creating problem.
He added that the NC should address the feeling of the people.
