In an appeal made through a cabinet meeting held Thursday, the government also asked all the agitating parties to help conduct fresh Constituent Assembly (CA) election in the scheduled date of November 19. The government has asked the agitating parties to give due importance to the fresh CA election as this will not only help end the protracted political deadlock, but also help draft new constitution through the popularly-elected body.

The government has also said that solution to any problem is possible through talks, negotiations and consultations and urged the CPN-Maoist-led alliance to join the talks. The government in the appeal has informed that cabinet meeting on Thursday also formed Constituency Delineation Commission and forwarded the election ordinance to the president for approval.

Likewise, the cabinet meeting has also appealed to Upendra Yadav-led Federal Democratic Forum and Ashok-Rai led Federal Socialist Party to come to negotiating table to resolve their demands. The government has asked them to shelve some of their demands and come forward for talks to make the election successful.
