Gold price drops sharply in domestic market

The price of gold fell by Rs 6,900 per tola, declining from Rs 249,700 to Rs 242,800.

KATHMANDU, Nov 16: Gold prices in the domestic market witnessed a significant drop on Sunday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.



The price of gold fell by Rs 6,900 per tola, declining from Rs 249,700 to Rs 242,800.

Similarly, the price of silver also decreased, falling by Rs 150 per tola. Silver, which was previously traded at Rs 3,285, is now being traded at Rs 3,135 per tola.
