Gold price drops by Rs 1,000

KATHMANDU, May 16: The price of gold has fallen by Rs 1,000 per tola (11.664 gram) and is being traded at Rs. 51,350 in domestic market on Sunday.



Price of yellow metal had reached Rs. 52,350 on Friday after increasing by Rs. 1,150 per tola compare to Thursday.[break]



According to Nepal federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers´ Associations, the price of gold is increased due to the impact of international market.



The yellow metal was traded at Rs. 51,200 per tola in Nepali markets on Thursday.
