KATHMANDU, Nov 15: The price of gold in the domestic market increased by Rs 1,000 on Tuesday. The price of gold, which fell by Rs 100 per tola on Monday, has increased by Rs 1000 per tola today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 98,200 per tola and standard gold at Rs 97,700 per tola.
Gold price rises by Rs 1000
On Monday, fine gold was traded at Rs 97,200 per tola and standard gold at Rs 96,700 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver also increased on Tuesday. Today silver is being traded at Rs 1,325 per tola.
Silver was traded at Rs 1,295 per tola on Monday. The price of silver has increased by Rs 30 per tola compared to the previous day.
Today, the price of gold is set at USD 1,773 per ounce in the international market.
