KATHMANDU, July 28: The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,000 per tola in the domestic market on Sunday. The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations has set the price of gold at Rs 145,700 per tola for today.
Gold was traded at Rs 144,700 per tola on Friday. Earlier, on July 17, the price of gold reached its highest peak at Rs 149,800 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 10 per tola. Silver is being traded at Rs 1,740 per tola on Sunday marking an increase from Rs 1,730 per tola on the previous day.
