KATHMANDU, May 11: Kulman Ghising, managing director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), has raised concern over the dissemination of false information regarding local elections from fake Twitter handles opened using his name and pictures.

Issuing a press release on Wednesday, Ghising has stated that there is not any twitter account beside his official twitter handle @KMGhising and requested everyone not to believe the information disseminated from the fake accounts in his name.

Ghising has also requested the people to refrain from engaging in such activities in a way that would cause controversy to a responsible official who is fully complying with the code of conduct issued by the Election Commission for the local elections.
