Gearing up for 'The Himalayan Vegan festival 2022'
KATHMANDU
World Vegan Organization Nepal and Nepal Vegetarian Association are all set to organize 'The Himalayan Vegan festival 2022' and 'The World Vegan Organization's 7th annual International conference'.
According to a press statement released by the World Vegan Organization, the festival and the conference is scheduled on April 2 to 4, 2022 in Kathmandu and from April 5 to 7, 2022 in Thimphu.
The festival aims to promote a pure vegetarian lifestyle and encourage various organizations and industries to support the campaign.
It added, "This kind of festival will be the first and historic in the Himalayan region. In order to make the festival enjoyable and enlightening, visitors can be a part of various activities such as culinary exhibitions, marathon races, vegetarian and animal welfare works along with workshops and seminars."
