KATHMANDU, Aug 21: Nepali Congress's leader, Gagan Thapa has made a recommendation to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli: stop flocking to provincial assemblies, do your work instead. Addressing the federal parliament, Thapa urged the PM to do more important works, such as ensuring federalism is successful, responsibly than sharing wisdom in provinces.
Thapa accused the PM's moves to be against federalism as he urged the country's leader to focus more in implementing federalism to make it a success. He also urged the PM not to fool around during interviews.

Thapa added that it was important to read between the lines and understand why government has failed to form the National Natural Resource and Fiscal Commission. In addition, he urged the government to control exorbitant taxes and make efforts to manage the same.
"Federalism could be a failure just because of haphazard tax collection," he said.
