KATHMANDU, June 8: The Supreme Court (SC) has scheduled a full hearing on Ncell's writ petition for June 11. A division bench of Justices Prakash Kumar Dhungana and Sunil Kumar Pokharel confirmed the date during a session on Friday.

The writ petition filed by Ncell, a private sector telecom service provider, has made the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology as defendant. The case has been marked for an expedited hearing.
The SC also noted that the defendant's written response has already been submitted.
