Sadhu Ram Thapa, a Nepali who is working at Kandhar-based air field, said, “The four Nepalis, who are working for a company named Supreme Fuel, were killed when the helicopter ferrying them along with civilian contractors and supplies to a military outpost crashed.”[break]
Two other Nepalis were also inside the helicopter, but they managed to jump off before it crashed, Thapa said, adding that the duo are undergoing treatment at a local hospital.
Five were also wounded in the incident, according to the NATO-led force in Kandahar, adding that no military personnel were wounded or killed.
