KATHMANDU, Oct 4: Police have arrested four people on the charge of gang-raping a 19-year-old girl in Dang district.
Ishwar Thapa, the spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the District Police Officed said that four people raped the girl by calling her to an empty building of a pipe manufacturing company in Manghar, Gadhawa Rural Municipality-5.

The police investigation revealed that Kiran Chaudhary, 19, of Gadhawa Rural Municipality-5, lured the 19-year-old girl under the pretext of marriage and called her to the specified location.
DSP Thapa said that four people including Kiran raped the girl who had gone there after Kiran’s call. Police have arrested the four including Kiran on the charge of gang-raping.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Sanjit Chaudhary, 24, Dhiraj Chaudhary, 19, and Sandeep Chaudhary, 21 - all residents of Gadhawa Rural Municipality-5. According to the police, they have been detained and further investigation into the case is underway.
