Foodmandu unveils new brand logo

KATHMANDU, April 17: Nepal’s first online food delivery company, Foodmandu has unveiled its new brand logo on the occasion of the Nepali New Year 2079 BS.

KATHMANDU, April 17: Nepal’s first online food delivery company, Foodmandu has unveiled its new brand logo on the occasion of the Nepali New Year 2079 BS. 


The introduction of the brand’s new logo is a continuation of Foodmandu's history of “always bringing new ideas to the fore.” The purpose of this rebranding is to usher in a new era of Foodmandu by making the brand more fun, bright and joyful, the company said.

"We attach great importance to our values, beliefs and objectives. We believe that our new logo reflects this sentiment, " said founder and managing director of Foodmandu, Manohar Adhikari.


As explained by Shyam Ratnamali, head of Brand and Marketing, Foodmandu, regarding the company’s new color choice, “The steam figure in the logo reflects the happy experience of Fooddmandu's customers. We have chosen yellow as the brand’s main color. It represents excitement, joy, and energy. It was not an easy decision for us to leave the old colors of red and green, but we felt that it was time for a change."


Founded in 2010, Foodmandu is Nepal's first and most popular food delivery company. Foodmandu currently delivers food from more than 800 restaurants in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Kirtipur, Bhaktapur and Pokhara. Similarly, Foodmandu Fresh has been delivering groceries while Foodmandu Bar delivers beverages to the customers.
