Airport General Manager Hansraj Pandey said such activities have been observed in recent days near the airport, posing risks to flight safety. He added that laser lights directed toward aircraft also threaten aviation security.

“With major festivals approaching, people tend to fly kites around airport areas, but such activities can seriously affect air traffic. We request everyone not to engage in them,” Pandey said.
