CHITWAN, April 12: A huge fire broke out at Tigerland Safari Resort in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-23, Jagatpur of Chitwan.
According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, the fire broke out at the resort at 11:30 am. The fire broke out in 3 seminar halls of the resort.
The thatched roof of the hall has been destroyed by the fire. The furniture and other items inside the halls have caught fire. Two fire engines of Bharatpur Metropolis have reached to extinguish the fire.
Chitwan Police Spokesperson DSP Bijayraj Pandit said that the team of the area police office Gitanagar is trying to control the fire with the help of the fire brigade and local people.
