Fathers who sold their daughters arrested

DHARAN, Sept 8: Two men who sold their daughters to an Indian circus were arrested in Dharan on Monday.



Among the arrested are Lok Bahadur Pariyar, 46, who was living in a rented room in Machabahudi, Dharan, and Buddha Yonjan, 40, who was living in a rented room at Pindeshwari Chowk, Dharan. Both have admitted to police that they sold their daughters to an Indian circus.



The two were held when they were trying to take another girl, Phul Maya Rai, 25, to India.
