KATHMANDU, April 4: A loud explosion was heard inside a building of the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH).
Immediately after the explosion, a crowd of people gathered.

Dinesh Kafle, director of TUTH, said that the air conditioner (AC) pipe burst in the Cardiac Center building.
The police said that there is no detailed information and the work of collecting information is underway.
