KHOTANG, May 31: Government on Wednesday postponed second phase of local level elections and decided to hold the elections on June 28 but locals in Diktel, Khotang enthusiastically participated in a mock election conducted same time. It was a part of voters' education in the district.

Khotang is under province 1, where the local level elections will take place in the second phase.
