KATHMANDU, Sep 28: Supporters of Dr Govinda KC have filed a complaint against Janak Raj Dahal, Chief District Officer of Kathmandu, and Senior Superintendent of Police Shyam Lal Gyawali, chief of Metropolitan Police Range, Teku, at the National Human Rights Commission.
Dr KC’s supporters say that the complaint has been filed as the Kathmandu Police arrested them without any reason on Saturday. “We were arrested by the Kathmandu Police following directions from CDO Dahal,” said Pukar Bam, one of the arrested.
