Nepal said members of the Central Coordination Committee, along with all members of the central, provincial and district committees, must play an active role in implementing party decisions and directives.

He stressed that party leaders and cadres must work responsibly to expand the organisation nationwide. Although the party may appear small, public participation and the active involvement of its cadres can help strengthen the organisation, he said.
