Addressing an election rally here in Panchkhal of the district, Dahal said, “Shah’s role to make a unified Nepal was a great job but the centralized governance structure is not fit for the 21th century.” [break]
Dahal, who spent most of his time to criticize the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML, argued that his party’s government failed to deliver its past promises to the people as UML, his government coalition partner, betrayed him.
Earlier, CPN-Maoist enforced the district banda targeting Dahal’s proposed visit to the district.
Dahal arrived here via Fishtail Air helicopter due to banda and road obstruction by CPN-Maoist cadres.
