According to sources, Dahal is accompanied by Maoist Tamsaling state in-charge Agni Sapkota.
The party central committee is expected to see fierce exchanges between the party hardliners and moderates.
The party is holding CC meeting as per the demand of hardliners who have been vociferously opposing the party´s move to hand over the keys of the weapons containers to the Special Committee and return the properties seized by the party cadres during the insurgency.
