The government is planning to bring a full-fledged budget through ordinance amid protest from the opposition parties including, the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML, which have been insisting that the budget brought without consensus would not be acceptable. [break]
They have been arguing that the government´s plan to bring new budget through ordinance is not right as the caretaker government is not eligible to bring the budget.
The new fiscal year 2012/13 begins mid-July.
The oppositions have already formally urged President Yadav to not to approve the full-fledged budget to be brought through ordinance.
